Therapy

At For You Psychology, we provide evidence-based, neuroaffirming therapy for children, teenagers, and adults. Our approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in developmental science. We create a calm, supportive space where clients feel understood, validated, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Who We Support

Children (5 years and above)

Support with emotional regulation, anxiety, OCD, behaviour, ADHD, autism, sensory needs, self-esteem, and school-related stress. Therapy is developmentally attuned, engaging, and often includes parent involvement to ensure consistency across home and school environments.

Adults

Support for anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, burnout, ADHD, autism, perinatal mental health, and identity-related concerns. Sessions integrate emotional insight with practical strategies to improve daily functioning and wellbeing.

How We Work

Our therapeutic approach is:

  • Neuroaffirming: Respecting every client’s neurotype, identity, sensory profile, and lived experience.
  • Strengths-based: Building on existing abilities to create sustainable change.
  • Trauma-informed: Prioritising safety, compassion, and nervous system regulation.
  • Evidence-based: Using proven therapeutic models adapted to each person’s developmental stage and goals.
