Therapy Servives
Psychological Therapy for Every Stage of Life
For You Psychology provides individual psychological therapy for children, adolescents and adults, with appointments available in person at our Bella Vista practice and via Telehealth.
Psychological intervention is based on an initial clinical assessment and formulation of the presenting concerns. Treatment is individualised according to the nature of the difficulties, relevant psychological and contextual factors, developmental considerations and the client’s treatment needs.
- Clinical Approach
Treatment begins with assessment of the presenting concerns and development of an individualised clinical formulation.
Depending on the presentation, intervention may draw on a range of established psychological approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT-informed interventions, trauma-focused approaches, attachment-informed therapy and other evidence-based interventions appropriate to the client’s needs.
